The community of Knightsbridge is a swim/tennis community in Fort Mill conveniently located off of Gold Hill Road; just 1 mile from Interstate I-77 at Exit 88.

Numerous architectural styles make up the community. With approximately 450 homes, Knightsbridge was built by various well known developers. Most homes were constructed between the late 1990s and 2004. The average lot size is approximately a quarter of an acre with homes ranging between 2,500 and 3,500 square feet. Many of the homes have a front facing or side load 2-car garage and there are plenty of 4 and 5 bedroom floor plans from which to choose.  With sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, Knightsbridge proves to be very pedestrian friendly.

Towards the rear of the development Knightsbridge you will find the brick community Clubhouse, spacious pool, double tennis court, basketball court and and a playground for children.

Knightsbridge is part of the Fort Mill School District Four and students are currently assigned attend Pleasant Knoll Elementary, Pleasant Knoll Middle, and Fort Mill High. As always, this information is subject to change.
